Terms & Conditions of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Welcome to the legal guidelines of Quality's Diagnostic Centre. These Terms & Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital platforms, laboratory testing pipelines, diagnostic services, imaging departments, and sample extraction pathways. By accessing our services in Gudiyatham, booking online, or receiving clinical reports, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By checking in at our medical diagnostic laboratory, utilizing our home collection network, or exploring this web portal, you unconditionally bind yourself to these standard guidelines. If you are registering an appointment on behalf of an immediate dependent or patient, you confirm you possess the authorization to represent them in legal transactions.
2. Services Offered
Quality's Diagnostic Centre offers clinical diagnostic screening panels, hematology assays, biochemistries, digital radiography (X-Ray), electrocardiography (ECG), custom executive medical packages, and home-based sample extraction under sterile and certified clinical environments.
3. Appointments & Bookings
Booking allocations may be arranged digitally or physically at our counters. We implement the following framework:
- Home clinical collection coordinates are confirmed subject to vehicle and technician availability in specific ranges of Gudiyatham.
- Pre-allocated appointment timelines are target estimates. Quality's Diagnostic Centre maintains full liberty to alter times under technical constraints.
- Accurate patient identities, matching state documents, must be logged at registration to avoid clerical errors on final diagnostics.
4. Patient Responsibilities
The registered client holds absolute responsibility for:
- Executing necessary fasting sequences (e.g., 10-12 hours for lipid/glycemic profiles) and managing medicines prior to the blood draw.
- Disclosing critical physiological traits (such as pregnancy, pacemaker implants, or drug allergies) to our diagnostic team prior to ECG scans or X-Ray exposures.
- Presenting government-issued identification upon demand, particularly during high-security health clearances.
5. Test Reports & Results
Our physical and digital reports are produced following standard laboratory processing protocols:
- Turnaround timeframes are target guidelines. Unforeseen repeat clinical verifications can extend standard schedules.
- No diagnostics or parameters should be treated as self-prescriptive indicators. All final documentation must be interpreted under a registered medical practitioner's supervision.
- No medical diagnoses or clinical therapies are prescribed directly by our lab personnel through clinical documentation.
6. Online Reports
Clients may query and download their certified medical PDFs using unique registration numbers or linked secure IDs. It is your exclusive responsibility to safeguard these login credentials. Quality's Diagnostic Centre disclaims liability for local device breaches resulting in medical data leaks.
7. Payments
All clinical fees must be fully settled before or during point-of-collection. Pricing schemes remain subject to periodic management updates without prior warning. Active government levies (GST/local taxes) are billed alongside laboratory invoice processing according to current Indian standard codes.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Finances and transactional payments are managed under the following terms:
- Refund claims must be registered at the desk prior to clinical sample extraction or digital radiography processing.
- Once a patient's sample is drawn, or standard X-Ray imaging is finalized, no financial returns or cancellations can be honored.
- Valid transaction refunds will be settled within 7 business days back to the initial source gateway.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Quality's Diagnostic Centre implements rigorous physical and electronic security frameworks to safeguard patient history and clinical results. Information stays confined within internal record keeping, billing networks, and statutory legal reporting guidelines. Personal diagnostics are never traded to secondary advertisers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Quality's Diagnostic Centre shall not be liable for secondary or consequential medical complications, errors in medical decision-making by external practitioners, or delays in report delivery due to clinical calibration challenges. Under any event, our combined liability cannot exceed the total financial charge paid for the specific clinical test.
11. Intellectual Property
All graphical identifiers, medical logos, user interfaces, documentation formats, codebases, and descriptive clinical write-ups remain the exclusive property of Quality's Diagnostic Centre. Duplicate distribution or reproduction is prohibited unless backed by written administrative permits.
12. Prohibited Use
Users are strictly forbidden from executing unauthorized entry trials into our databases, hosting script injections, uploading malicious payloads to our portal, or acting in a hostile, threatening, or unruly manner towards our physical staff. Violations are tracked and reported immediately to local law enforcement.
13. Force Majeure
Our diagnostic timelines will not be penalized for delays caused by circumstances outside our practical control. This includes government shutdowns, localized power grid interruptions, public epidemics, or structural network failures.
14. Modification of Terms
Quality's Diagnostic Centre reserves full rights to revise these standard Terms whenever clinically or legally necessary. Changes become active immediately upon public upload on this webpage. Continued use of our diagnostic channels serves as your explicit agreement to updated terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These structural Terms are governed entirely by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, transactional issue, or clinical claim originating from our services shall be strictly submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts located in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu, India.
